Ayurveda means “the science of life”. It is estimated to be about 5,000 years old. Ayurveda is
the indigenous medical tradition of India and Nepal, where it is widely used until today and
often practiced in combination with modern medicine.


Join Dr. Helgrid Randolph for this workshop and learn about

  • the tridoshic theory - our constitution

  • the central role of healthy digestion

  • how diet can balance body and mind, and how Indian spices are used for this purpose

  • how seasons effect our wellbeing

  • how we can adjust our yoga practice to stay in balance
